- Delivery Time: 15-25 days after shipping
- Ideal for budget-conscious haunters with larger orders!
Please note: We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If your terrifying treasures aren’t quite right, we’re here to help! Our return policy is designed to be as friendly as Casper himself.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. That gives you plenty of time to ensure your decorations are as frighteningly fabulous as expected!
Step-by-Step Return Process

Our friendly ghost support team will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Make sure everything is secure for its journey back to our crypt.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items (which typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund. Here’s what to expect:

Exchange Process

Non-Returnable Items
While we aim to be flexible, some of our most haunted items cannot be returned for everyone’s safety:
- Animated Decor – These possessed pieces cannot be resold once they’ve left our haunted warehouse
- Party Supplies – For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on disposable party items
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made decorations
